Deadline to upgrade your GOLD MEMBERSHIP has been extended to Dec. 15th. Due to the issues that are being worked on, the management heard the membership request(s) to extend the deadline.
GOLD MEMBERSHIP TO MEMBER UPDATE-  The development team has made progress, but still needs a little time to complete the process of restoring the members to GOLD MEMBERSHIP.
COMMUNICATION – The Exec Team and the Ambassador Team will be able to “broadcast” to the membership messages in Primus Social next week. Once this task is complete, we will be directing everybody to communicate in Primus Social. Stay tuned for updates.

 
REGISTRATION ISSUES – As reported on Tuesday Night’s Call, there were some issues with members trying to register.  This situation has been resolved.  Thanks for reporting this to us.

 UPGRADE BUTTON AND PAY NOW OPTION – There was a brief time today that these options did not work.  The buttons work now, so USE
THEM to upgrade to GOLD. Thanks to everybody that reported this to us!


  IPO PH – If you are having trouble logging into IPO PH, please change your password in PH. The new password will be sent to IPO PH.  Also, if you did not have an IPO PH account, this procedure will work for you, too.  The development team worked hard to fix this problem.

Here are the steps to change your password:
  1. Go to Primushub.com
  2. Click the “login” button
  3. Click “forgot password”
  4. Type in your USER NAME only
  5. Click “Send Email” green button
  6. Go to your email (check your spam box)
  7. Open the “support / forgot password” email
  8. Click on the password re-set link
  9. Enter your new password twice and click submit
  10. Go to “primushub.globalewallet.com
  11. Type in your PH USER NAME AND “NEW” PH PASSWORD

Success… you are in!

 IPO W4A to IPO PH – This feature has been turned on.  Keep in mind that when you request the money to go from W4A to PH, it will take 1-2 business days for the money to be
transferred.

 MEMBER TO MEMBER TRANSFERS –Each member will be allowed to transfer $500 per month/unlimited transfers.           

FOUNDER SHARE UPDATE – There has been such a great response from all the members who want to purchase Founder Shares.  The number has worked so well,
that I am back-logged.  Please know that there are shares available. A special number has been created for new members and current members to purchase Founder Shares. Please call 914.290.4295.  Please make sure to include your name, a phone number, AND an email address so we can contact you. 

GMAIL ACCOUNT(S) – Please switch to Gmail, and then mark as “NOT SPAM”
IPO PRE-PAID CARD – Management is working to transfer the numbers from the W4A to PH.  This will be done if you have the same user name with W4A and PH. The management knows this is important to our international membership.
PRIMUS HUB CALL SCHEDULE: M – F, 8 PM EST and Sat, 2PM EST.  We will continue to bring the members the updates at the beginning of the call followed by Q and A.  Thanks for the great questions!
